Google Bad Review 1:  Was misled when I signed up and was not given any information regarding my own data. I was conned into giving my CV and now I can’t apply to other boots stores for 6 months and was not made aware of this when I signed up with them. I’ve been pushed into applying for a job I don’t want. Please save yourself some trouble and apply independently or with other less shady recruiters. I’ve no idea how they get away with this and how this is even legal.

Google Bad Review (2):  A dire service from Andrew on this occasion. Despite the criteria and CV given, there was no taking heed of information that I passed on as to my wants and needs.
Andrew came across as ignorant and pushy almost amateur in his role.

Luke, thanks all the same for the reply however what's done is done. It's past. A discussion now will not change the experience. You may wish to speak to Andrew and let him share our email communications although he may paint a different picture.

Further to your second reply Luke, I will add that Andrew set up an interview at the incorrect store and wasted the time of those involved. I had expressed my interest firmly from the beginning about the store I was interested in. It was after he confirmed the store I was interested in would be able to accommodate my needs that I agreed to go ahead with an interview. I even asked him to confirm that the interview was definitely for the store I was interested in despite it being scheduled at a different store. Which he did over the phone. He then calls an hour before my interview and tells me he's made up my salary expectation with the store.
As the store that my interview was being held at were not aware that I had been told the interview was for another store they were under the impression it was for their store. We agreed to end the interview as there was no point in wasting the time any further.
Andrew then decided to pursue and push for a role with a completely different store that I explained I wasn't interested in due to location (a clear point listed in my criteria). Despite saying no he still tried to pursue that role with me.
In my experience he has behaved unprofessionally regardless of whatever positions get filled. I do not appreciate being lied to manipulated or harassed by you or your team either. Let's leave it there. You will not on this occasion make your commission through me. I sincerely hope you will make those changes within your team such that future candidates do not experience what I did.

Further to some recent contact via text that I have received from Bradley – he has the audacity to tell me now that the position I was initially interested in is vacant when previously they said it got filled. And they now want me to get in touch. No chance. These guys are twisted – wouldn't trust them even if they were the last recruitment agency on earth! My advise to people out there take what they say with a pinch of salt, it's clearly all part of their working life game.
