Google Bad Review 1: The most dysfunctional, unreliable and shambolic organisation I have come across in my entire life. OHG staff are incompetent to an extremity and blatantly lie saying they will call you back which they NEVER do. You have to chase these pathetic jobsworths up for at least a year to get essential repairs done. Zero stars.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst company ever, the communal air ventilation system in my building is broken and they want us to keep our bedroom windows open at all times to get the air out. So what about during the winter months? They don’t want to fix the communal system even though it’s a health and safety hazard. It hasn’t had any maintenance since 2012, they have went against their own complaints procedure policy and this is something that’s been raised in February 2020, what’s happened since then? Nothing. If I was you, go with another provider, OneHousing does not care about its residents, if you want proof of all of this, feel free to ask me.
