Google Bad Review 1:  I have a Grandfather who is a resident here who told me that the new manager said that I no longer have time to see him. This understandably worried him and I got in touch with the manager, Sabinah, to get to the bottom of this. I was met with disgusting, inappropriate, threatening and unprofessional behaviour. From when I first asked Sabinah what happened from her side, her tone was rude and argumentative. She denied even speaking to my Grandfather yet proceeded to say in the same sentence “I thought you didn't have time to see him”. It's quite coincidental that someone who should be so heavily denying a statement would then follow up with throwing a statement at me they so heavily denied and had no clue about. This was not the worse part of her behaviour. When I called out that it was strange she denied something that she then accused me of saying, she told me she would hang up the phone on me! Let me just reiterate that throughout the entirety of our phone conversation I was polite, calm and understanding, with the intention of getting to the bottom of what I thought may have been a confusion. When Sabinah threatened me with hanging up, I then told her I was recording and that if she hung up there would be evidence of this and evidence that I had been nothing but polite and respectful. Sabinah then hung up! I am absolutely disgusted that someone so rude, aggressive and unprofessional is in a managerial position working in an environment with old people that requires care and understanding. I will be taking this further if things are not dealt with appropriately.
