Google Bad Review:  I stopped at the hotel Sunday night 12/02/2017, I got there at 19:00 requiring a good night sleep from a hard days shopping. ONLY TO FIND THE HOTEL HAD NO HOT WATER!! I had a cold shower Sunday night before I went to bed and Monday morning before I left the hotel. just to confirm I still have not received a refund!!! talk about service!! not even a one star.
