They do not meet the repair dates, they promise up to 2 days of waiting, always over a week. Of course, this is never a problem for men. When we set the price, I hear that everything will close to £ 200. After a week, it turns out that you have to pay £ 400 !!! Because something happened there. But what? For how much? This is a secret. And, of course, I never got a receipt, because, as the boss explains, “it would be even more expensive” so no grounds for claims. They can not even easily register what's also happening to me. I've been there 3 times and I advise you to stay away. Another business Janas.

Niestety bardzo się zawiodłem na tym warsztacie. Obsługę klienta to porażka. Nie wywiązują się z terminów naprawy, obiecują góra 2 dni oczekiwania, zawsze ponad tydzień. Oczywiście dla panów nie stanowi to nigdy problemu. Kiedy ustalamy cenę słyszę ze wszystko zamknie się kwota 200 £. Po tygodniu okazuje się ze do zapłaty jest 400£!!! Bo cos tam doszło. Ale co? Za ile? To już tajemnica. I oczywiście nigdy nie dostałem paragonu, bo jak tłumaczy szef „było by jeszcze drożej” wiec brak podstawy do roszczeń. Nie potrafią nawet prosto rejestracji zamontować co tez u mnie miało miejsce. Byłem tam 3 razy i radzę wam trzymać się z daleka. Kolejni Janusze biznesu.

I called back and they got surprised that I’m abit upset about it !!!!

Bmw is either paying them to much or not enough becouse this people are way to comfortable with there jobs or actually couldn’t care less about it

Google Bad Review (2):  Horrific customer experience at the service centre. Have your vehicle serviced there at your own peril. I took my motorcycle BMW R1200R for a service there a few months ago. They were extremely untransprent about the cost and later I ended up footing a £1,000 bill for the annual service. Very unprofessional, took too long to get back to me. On top of everything, they damaged my satnav beyond repair and pierced my leather seat and didn’t accept liability. I am taking them to small claim court soon, but people please please stay away from this service centre.

Google Bad Review (2):  Bought my brand new Vespa PX 125 from them in 2013. It was delivered with a clutch issue, and electrical issues which means that the bike would sporadically not start.
The bike was returned on four separate occasions, with the problem not being fixed and was told each time to ‘just get the LX instead'.
Was in the initial stages of getting my lawyer involved to fully return the bike for a full refund, but alas, the AA man solved the issue for me after the bike failed to start, again, in Clapham.
Can't stress enough just how bad the service was. Avoid at all costs.

Google Bad Review 1:  in the past i remember this shop as a great place to visit with a vast range of clothing and plenty of helpful staff crammed behind the counter , busy searching for the parts needed.
I am sorry to say ,my last visit to the main store was a real dissapiontment.
The store looked scruffy and uninviting and the service was anything but welcoming.
The visit to the service department over the road was ok, a helpful mechanic pressed the main link on my new chain for me for free.
but considering i had spent about £130 in the store on these parts plus fork oil, it felt like i had been a pain for interupting their conversation.
Come on AYE GEE bring back those good high standards i remember
