Google Bad Review 1: Customer service is appalling at this place
Since the moment I got in no one even bother to approach me
Then I tried to order some parts over the phone, and they said
-“the girl that takes care of that is on holidays so no one else could do it “:))))
Today I called to try to book in for service and the kid (Leane )on the phone thinks she’s speaking with her boyfriend or her father and it totally dismissed me and proceeds to put the phone down
I called back and they got surprised that I’m abit upset about it !!!!
U think ???
Bmw is either paying them to much or not enough becouse this people are way to comfortable with there jobs or actually couldn’t care less about it
They say the conversations are recorded at the beginning… I wanna see that
I wanna see how they gonna deal with this situation

Google Bad Review (2): Horrific customer experience at the service centre. Have your vehicle serviced there at your own peril. I took my motorcycle BMW R1200R for a service there a few months ago. They were extremely untransprent about the cost and later I ended up footing a £1,000 bill for the annual service. Very unprofessional, took too long to get back to me. On top of everything, they damaged my satnav beyond repair and pierced my leather seat and didn’t accept liability. I am taking them to small claim court soon, but people please please stay away from this service centre.
