Google Bad Review (2):  I've been visiting this place for over 10 months now and I don't mind going to London, as I don't live there, every few weeks for my treatments as I've been happy with the laser results and the lady that does my treatments. Last Saturday however I had an appointment in the afternoon and 30 mins before the booked slot I got a call from the clinic where a guy called Michalis let me know that they had some issues with the machine and needed to reschedule my appointment. I understand that these things happen and thus I tried to help as much as I could but at the same time I explained that I had only been to London because of this appointment and I couldn't do much later than originally scheduled. Unfortunately Michalis wasn't able to help or find me an earlier slot and he didn't even bother asking if I could do another day instead. When I suggested that I could do the day after (Sunday) or next weekend, as I'm going on holiday after that, he said that there was no available slot and instead he suggested that we cancel, completely ignoring my need to get my treatment done before my holiday. I explained that this was very inconvenient and disappointing and could mean that I might not come back for another appointment. Again all Michalis said was that he understands and asked if he should proceed with the cancellation. I appreciate that places like this might face technical issues every now and then and I was willing to reschedule and help them but equally I would expect them to value their customers and their needs a bit more. Good customer service and professionalism is what makes the difference in business and clearly this is not the case in Derma Clinic, which is a shame as I am otherwise quite happy with the clinic and I would happily go back if Michalis was more helpful and willing to serve his customers.

We, as family saw a lot of great results with our laser treatments when it was running by Oasis but one last session with epillium ruined my great result. We, all now have to buy another course of treatments from different company to rectify the issues we are having. My soft, light hair turned to coarse dark hair and now I have to shave every other day compare to once a month in the past

The manager is very arrogant and all staff and the manager kept critising Oasis for their procedure in treating unwanted hair but all we saw was great result

I paid for a ‘deal' upfront and then we had the covid restrictions which did not allow me to get my laser done. Now I would like my money back due to not receiving a service for my money and I have been calling for 6+months with the receptionist telling me endless times she has marked my calls as urgent with no response AT ALL. TERRIBLE customer service!!!

Google Bad Review (2):  Waste of money and time. I went with old surgical scars and was promised ‘improvement’ with their Laser Palomar Icon. It was not true. The single treatments were spread 6 weeks apart each and I had 3 of them in total; despite some skin shedding, I didn’t see any improvement at ALL. The photos they have on their website are of course a marketing trick to lure more people. It was a year ago and the scars are the same as they were before. Also, in this building there are several different businesses doing practically the same things; they pretend they don’t know themselves.

Google Bad Review (2):  Waste of money and time. I went with old surgical scars and was promised ‘improvement’ with their Laser Palomar Icon. It was not true. The single treatments were spread 6 weeks apart each and I had 3 of them in total; despite some skin shedding, I didn’t see any improvement at ALL. The photos they have on their website are of course a marketing trick to lure more people. It was a year ago and the scars are the same as they were before. Also, in this building there are several different businesses doing practically the same things; they pretend they don’t know themselves.

We, as family saw a lot of great results with our laser treatments when it was running by Oasis but one last session with epillium ruined my great result. We, all now have to buy another course of treatments from different company to rectify the issues we are having. My soft, light hair turned to coarse dark hair and now I have to shave every other day compare to once a month in the past

The manager is very arrogant and all staff and the manager kept critising Oasis for their procedure in treating unwanted hair but all we saw was great result

Google Bad Review 1:  Extremely unprofessional member of staff Raj who cannot communicate and GP has refused to provide treatment for a privately diagnosed condition due to the incompetence shown by this person in gathering the information required.

The GP (Dr. Poolo) had previously advised me that he would be happy to enter a shared care agreement with my private consultant but after all my exchanges with Raj, he “decided” he is not comfortable prescribing. They informed me of this decision via an email which also showed a forwarded email exchange with the medicine management team where Raj wrote the following:

“We informed her to by privately but insist that she is entitled for NHS PRESCRIPTION.”

Bear in mind he was supposed to ask for advice on the requirements for shared care but instead he chose to add his own judgement and statements into the email to the advice team.

As a patient, I feel extremely shocked at the lack of professionalism and care shown and I am surprised that people like this are trusted to provide care. I was basically refused care because I have private medical insurance.

Google Good Review:  I have been with this surgery for 21yrs. The doctors here are very caring and always do their best for me. This is definitely hands down the best doctor I've had and I have been registered with a few due to moving. This medical centre undertakes minor surgery and also has a ear nose throat clinic. I recently had an issue with bleeding and at my age shouldn't happen. My GP put me in tablets which initially seemed to work after a few weeks I started bleeding heavily. I called the surgery for an emergency appointment which was given to me under the circumstances and immediately my GP seemed to know there was something wrong. My GP had already sent me to the hospital for tests, he turned around and said to me that he was sending me back to be retested as there is clearly something that needs checking. Thank goodness for a GP who is thorough as I had growths and left could of turned cancerous.

Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible experience. Came in early in the day to get tested for covid (for travel purposes) and inquired up front whether the results could come in same day. We were told you only did PCR testing even though the online ads and descriptions said you did antigen testing. That was weird but we were assured we’d get them in 4 hours and guess what happened?

11 hours later, no results!! Flights are early in the morning so opportunities to get tested at the airport in time are next to none.

That creates several thousand pound damages for re-booked flights because of explicit incompetence of your staff. Disgrace.

How can you flat out lie to people, in their face? Terrible customer service. Why does your staff ask your customers to spell out the email and then literally require them to write it down for you as well? Why is storing personal information (which I’m sure is against GDPR) a thing in your clinic when you can’t do the basic thing of sending the results back? You had literally one job, because you ask your customers to self test too, and for 95£ that’s borderline theft. You’re not even doing the testing and again, the one thing you had to do (provide results in a timely manner), your clinic failed at.

Specialized in implants (in order to maximize his earnings), he is not nice at all and takes the patient for stupid, overuses anaesthetics to cover his rude manners, and has zero psychology. Worst he does not accept his mistakes and shows bad willing. Never see him again.

Google Bad Review 1:  The centre may be good but one of the nurses they employ lacks any nursing qualities and should not be working as a nurse. Ana Rosa Javad , she should most definitely not be in this profession.
My mother needed her dressing changed following surgery a few days back. It was a complicated surgery and the pain is quite excruciating. She was scared about changing the dressing, that it may hurt when she is already hurting. We, as a family encouraged her, this is England, nurses are well educated, calm and patient. This nurse was anything but. The emotional and physical damage done to my mother is great and cannot be undone.

Google Bad Review (2):  Dr Sodhi the worst doctor, if you want to be misdiagnosed with a simple health problem then go to him he will top you up with unnecessary strong antibiotics even though you don’t need them because the health issues is completely different, his answer quick fix with overdosing antibiotics. He will charge you £60 for a referral that just needs a signature. Emergency health appointment takes 4 weeks waiting. He is a disgrace to the NHS, the reason why A & E is full because doctors are not doing their job and leaving it to the hospitals. He is a disgrace he should be striped of his title close this practise save the publics money
