Google Bad Review 1: Extremely unprofessional member of staff Raj who cannot communicate and GP has refused to provide treatment for a privately diagnosed condition due to the incompetence shown by this person in gathering the information required.
The GP (Dr. Poolo) had previously advised me that he would be happy to enter a shared care agreement with my private consultant but after all my exchanges with Raj, he “decided” he is not comfortable prescribing. They informed me of this decision via an email which also showed a forwarded email exchange with the medicine management team where Raj wrote the following:
“We informed her to by privately but insist that she is entitled for NHS PRESCRIPTION.”
Bear in mind he was supposed to ask for advice on the requirements for shared care but instead he chose to add his own judgement and statements into the email to the advice team.
As a patient, I feel extremely shocked at the lack of professionalism and care shown and I am surprised that people like this are trusted to provide care. I was basically refused care because I have private medical insurance.

Google Bad Review (2): First time i went into this surgery and had very unwelcome feeling. The staff are rude and not interested and very reluctant to talk to people. I walked straight out and went to the Modern medical centre just a few yards away which is an awesome surgery.

Google Good Review: I have been with this surgery for 21yrs. The doctors here are very caring and always do their best for me. This is definitely hands down the best doctor I've had and I have been registered with a few due to moving. This medical centre undertakes minor surgery and also has a ear nose throat clinic. I recently had an issue with bleeding and at my age shouldn't happen. My GP put me in tablets which initially seemed to work after a few weeks I started bleeding heavily. I called the surgery for an emergency appointment which was given to me under the circumstances and immediately my GP seemed to know there was something wrong. My GP had already sent me to the hospital for tests, he turned around and said to me that he was sending me back to be retested as there is clearly something that needs checking. Thank goodness for a GP who is thorough as I had growths and left could of turned cancerous.
