Google Bad Review 1:  I personally spent my time researching on head and neck cancer as my grandmother passed from cancer.
So, I obviously would shop in cancer research to support the charity but…

The staff are so rude, patronising and condescending.
The manager let a pregnant woman go to the toilet and I wasn’t allowed although I (was) pregnant myself.
On another occasion, one of the cashiers took my staff from my hand saying they weren’t for sale.

They don’t even have a college diploma, not to think of a university degree and act like doctors or so.

I’m shopping at British Heart Foundation now, they are so much nicer and welcoming. The prices are also low !

Told her I want a natural look but it was too obvious couldnt tie it at all as I told her I need to be able to do do for work. Hair was unmanagable as a finished product.Just to look at my phone all the hair falls to the front. Tried to sort it at home but hadvto remove it in the end befor bed.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was at the Regents store yesterday and was excited to purchase a few items. I picked up two mugs as gifts and at the till (Around 5:15pm) had asked whether I could get an extra bag. The individual who was serving me was extremely rude, and said he will not give me a second bag. I did insist that if it were to do with purchasing another, I am happy to buy another bag and yet again declined in a very disrespectful manner without an explanation of why, even when asked why!

I don’t understand why a second bag should be an issue at all, as I’ve been to this store before and could do so, alongside every other Anthro store and never had a problem. I am also a paying customer, and insisted to pay for the second. But the second bag was beyond the point now, it was how rude this individual was being when I was being polite. I was extremely baffled and taken aback that I did not purchase any of my items and had walked out the store.

This experience and experiences people will face with the staff of Anthro is putting a bad face to the name of a lovely brand. It is beyond confusing to me, that such a small request for something had turned unnecessarily nasty. You then think, is it because of how I look or how I’m dressed that this individual is treating me so differently.

But just to summarise, I did not have a great experience shopping in Regents Street Anthro store !

One of your servers came to our table with a toasted teacake, slung it down saying nothing about cutlery. When food has been brought before it always has been with cutlery. In an aggressive way she said staff expected. customers to get their own waving vaguely across the room. Google Bad Review 1:  Difficult to give an accurate star rating as it was one encounter in an otherwise pleasant break. One of your servers came to our table with a toasted teacake, slung it down saying nothing about cutlery. When food has been brought before it always has been with cutlery. When I asked for a knife she turned away kissing her teeth! When she came back I remarked that we had never had to ask before. In an aggressive way she said staff expected. customers to get their own waving vaguely across the room. (She had not said this when bringing the food) she turned away and I said that I would discuss this with the manager. Never ever before have I met such rudeness in this or any other branch. Please makes sure staff are reminded that the customer should take priority.
