Google Bad Review 1: Very bad, slow service. I have just waited 35 minutes to collect my order. Unheard of! Very, very disappointed. The ladies there don't keep attention to details, such as name or order number.

Google Bad Review (2): I was at the Regents store yesterday and was excited to purchase a few items. I picked up two mugs as gifts and at the till (Around 5:15pm) had asked whether I could get an extra bag. The individual who was serving me was extremely rude, and said he will not give me a second bag. I did insist that if it were to do with purchasing another, I am happy to buy another bag and yet again declined in a very disrespectful manner without an explanation of why, even when asked why!
I don’t understand why a second bag should be an issue at all, as I’ve been to this store before and could do so, alongside every other Anthro store and never had a problem. I am also a paying customer, and insisted to pay for the second. But the second bag was beyond the point now, it was how rude this individual was being when I was being polite. I was extremely baffled and taken aback that I did not purchase any of my items and had walked out the store.
This experience and experiences people will face with the staff of Anthro is putting a bad face to the name of a lovely brand. It is beyond confusing to me, that such a small request for something had turned unnecessarily nasty. You then think, is it because of how I look or how I’m dressed that this individual is treating me so differently.
But just to summarise, I did not have a great experience shopping in Regents Street Anthro store !
