My daughter and I eat out once a week and we are always trying to find new places – we both have quite a varied and rich pallet, we eat food from all over the world. Japanese/sushi is my daughters fav. This i am sad to was not good at all. Our bill without alcahol came to £109. We ordered a large mix of different things and barley ate any of it.

Really disappointed with this experience

Google Bad Review 1:  Entered the shop at 12:25 and ordered immediately. Asked the staff at 12:55 to see how much longer I needed to wait and was told that it’ll be ANOTHER 10 minutes.

A 40-minute wait for a SASHIMI rice bowl is absolutely ridiculous. If the kitchen can’t accommodate the number of customers, either hire more staff or at least please let the customers know that you’re anticipating a 40 minute wait so that they can choose whether to stay or not before they started waiting.

I had to leave and munch on cold sandwich back in my office after a 20-minute walk to and back and 30-minute wait.

Unfriendly Asian girl who has no idea about hello or thank you. Instead of good bye etc she showed her back. Food was terrible and not cheap at all. Sth sweet and sour balls… Tomato sauce is fake like and uneatably sour, tasteless and thin! I had too left everything there, that never happened to me in other Japanese restaurant.

Google Bad Review 1:  Hello, despite their effort for being nice, the service is not professional at all. There were 3 waiters chatting instead of serving customers. The duck roll was the most disgusting sushi I’ve had in my life, soggy rive and tasteless. At least the unlimited miso soup was nice. We ended up hungry and spent 8£ for nothing. Also I’ve asked them about the offer “kids eat free” at a certain time but as my phone died I could not apparently access to the offer.
Won’t come again.

Google Bad Review (2):  I do not recommend. Yesterday during shopping, we went in for a moment. It was empty so we were hoping for a quick lunch (big mistake!). The salmon was not fresh and had a very unpleasant fishy smell. Chef looked like he was working as punishment. Fortunately, he left in a moment. I already know why there was not a single customer there even though there were a lot of people in the other restaurants in the Brent Cross.
