Google Bad Review 1:  Far more expensive than going direct to Post Office (£3.10 PO & £4.65 here plus with the Post Office you have proof of podting/ tracking). Due to Covid limited options for me that day I had gone ahead before discovery of no proof.
Andy who was serving was as rude, abrupt & offensive as you could get. Apparently because I don't know the difference between Post Office & Royal Mail I'm dim. Wouldn't be surprised if my parcel didn't reach it's destination. Total cowboys. Would never step foot in there again.

Google Bad Review (2):  Had same experience as previous reviewer. Did not realise that you pay £4.65 to send 2nd class parcel as opposed to £3.10 with Royal Mail and they did not appreciate being questioned when I queried the charges. Furthermore, they stuck the postage label on the “sender” side of the parcel, so consequently the parcel has now been delivered back to me a week later! No proof of postal address on receipt either. Female assistant was hostile, abrupt and no apology of any kind. My first and last visit to this establishment. Will go back to Halfway Street PO where you get a decent service.

Google Bad Review (2):  BEWARE! Last week I decided to try this store as opposed to going to the post office to avoid the queues. Asked if they sell stamps to which they said they don’t and that they frank their mail instead so if my parcel was ready to send they could do that. I was a little reluctant but proceeded after being told they are an authorised reseller of Royal Mail services. To my dismay when I arrived home today my wife said the parcel had returned. When I saw the parcel I couldn’t believe my eyes, it had stamps placed on top of and secured with tape. The smell of these stamps was horrific – some sort of cleaning spirit maybe. There was also a Royal Mail sticker on it which said the reason it has been returned is due to unpaid postage. What these people are doing is putting used stamps on your parcels which is completely illegal and they should be penalised for this! I will never be visiting these scammers again. I strongly urge you to wait at the post office and know that you are being given a genuine service and not being ripped off by these scam artists. A note to management – if you know this is happening, shame on you! If you don’t, now you do and I recommend you investigate this matter.

Google Bad Review (2):  I am not sure if people bother to read reviews on copy/mail places, but if you happen to read this, do yourself a favor and find a different shop. Ignoring the fact this place is really expensive, their ‘policy' on quality of print is insane. My lady friend went in there to re-print a document that they printed on the wrong paper. At first they took ownership and reprinted, then a new employee, a very aggressive lady started yelling at my friend to pay extra (even though the other employee said it was his fault and their would be no charge). Whilst we were discussing it, she ripped up the original document in anger. Once she composed herself, realizing other customers were witnessing her aggressiveness, she reluctantly ‘offered' to reprint the document. However, the printer was running low on ink and the new document was clearly sub-par and noticeably different. When I mentioned this, she refused to refill the printer as it was ‘policy' to use it until it was completely empty. This is a terrible policy – basically they are saying they will give you a subpar product based on your timing of using their service. Printing, especially in color can be pricey, why would you pay a company that is willing to 1) give you a poor product on purpose and 2) yell and act aggressively at reasonable, willing to pay customers? I highly recommend finding a different outfit if you are trying to do something that matters.

Google Bad Review 1:  Instead of offering me the lowest price they tried to sell me a overpriced courier service for 90 GBP. Even after several requests whether there are cheaper options they denied. Howerver, online I found out that the parcel can be shipped for 10GBP.

I told the staff that I want very important documents delivered and they suggested 1st class Royal Mail, which was supposed to arrive the next day. It is 4 days later and the item is still not delivered. Only after I asked them, they told me that there was a more suitable service called Special Delivery that guarantees next day delivery.
