Google Bad Review (2): BEWARE! Last week I decided to try this store as opposed to going to the post office to avoid the queues. Asked if they sell stamps to which they said they don’t and that they frank their mail instead so if my parcel was ready to send they could do that. I was a little reluctant but proceeded after being told they are an authorised reseller of Royal Mail services. To my dismay when I arrived home today my wife said the parcel had returned. When I saw the parcel I couldn’t believe my eyes, it had stamps placed on top of and secured with tape. The smell of these stamps was horrific – some sort of cleaning spirit maybe. There was also a Royal Mail sticker on it which said the reason it has been returned is due to unpaid postage. What these people are doing is putting used stamps on your parcels which is completely illegal and they should be penalised for this! I will never be visiting these scammers again. I strongly urge you to wait at the post office and know that you are being given a genuine service and not being ripped off by these scam artists. A note to management – if you know this is happening, shame on you! If you don’t, now you do and I recommend you investigate this matter.
