Google Bad Review 1:  Having phoned for a valuation I was told to expect a call back later that day FRI.
I had to call on Monday and arrange for the valuation. Explaining I needed to travel up from Southend to Barking. I arrived at the property 45 mins early and no one arrived. when my husband called to complain he was told by the person on the phone that he was in London on family business !
I had received no communication ,wasted my journey time and my working day. if they can't arrive for a valuation I wouldn't trust them with the SALE of my property
