UPDATE: Unfortunately have to take this down to 1 star. I have recently been told they are no longer willing to have me as a client as I don't order my contact lenses via them. I need specialist lenses they don't stock so cannot do this directly via the store. I explained, I'd be happy to pay extra for my eye exams but was told they would only accept customers that can buy lenses via them – extremely discriminating!
