Google Bad Review 1:  The service I have received from Bellway and Pinnacle as a whole has been terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

When reserving my property, I was informed that my building would have its own concierge and it’s own gym. This is not the case. The concierge is in an entire different building and serves multiple apartment blocks. The gym is non existent and once built will be in a completely different building also, which will be accessed by the entire building estate. Bellway have employed Pinnacle Management to oversee all estate management duties and have charged us an extortionate amount for service charge, with half of that being upfront prior to moving in- this includes the gym, the concierge, parking (which the property does not come with) and the lifts. Since moving in, there are daily issues with the lift that are often not resolved immediately. To add insult to injury, the Bellway team blame the residents for the lifts not working when it is clear the lift is faulty. There was also promise of a business suite (a wfh space)- this is not even in the buildings plans. The Sales team also showed me a completely different picture for the exterior of the building- when I had my walk through I was very surprised.

After reserving the property, the sales team went silent. They were uncontactable and only got in contact with me to let me know that I was being booked in for an appointment to choose my interior colours and that those would have to be paid up front. This appointment was booked for the week after they called, so not giving me much time to prepare. On top of this, I paid an additional £800 for my interiors, which Bellway yet again made a mistake with so my property didn’t have the spec that I paid for!! This then took weeks to be refunded.

I had my walk through with the property, there were multiple snags in the property and I was assured they would be fixed prior to me moving in. This included multiple dents on the floor, dents on the hardware (oven), and the tiles on the balcony were extremely loose to the point where my family member tripped over. When I got the keys 2 weeks later, none of those snags were fixed, they had changed out my washing machine for a different combo machine with no explanation, and I was told people would be coming to fix them in the coming weeks. Some of those still exist nearly 2 months later.

To top things off now, I have been having issues with my bathroom and HUI unit which have not been resolved, with customer care then contacting me to chase despite their own team not attending appointments at the correct times.

Google Bad Review 1:  Worst company ever.

They hired a company called Up My Street to rent a property. After a month living in a property close to Camden, we found that there was mice all around the property. The mice was obviously there before we got there but they did not warn us. We asked them to leave the place because it was not habitable but they did not let us go.

We had no fridge during the first week because it was damaged. The dishwasher was not properly working and various kitchen appliances were not working during the lease period.

Please be aware of these issues, this company hides relevant information about the property and do business on this information asymmetries.

Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible repair service and waiting time.

Reported a stiff bedroom door handle that was showing signs of failure. A2’s contractor came with a terrible attitude and made it seem as though there were no problems with the handle and oiled it instead of replacing it. It seemed to work but not even 1 month later, the handle has completely failed and I am stuck outside my bedroom without my phone charger, wallet, money, change of clothes or even a blanket to sleep in. A2’s contractor claims this is not an urgent situation and gave me an appointment 1 week away. The ultimate fault lies with A2 for hiring terrible contractors that provide inadequate service that A2 is only too happy to hide behind.

Lift has been spoilt for at least 2 months at this point

Google Bad Review (2):  Awful in every respect. Don’t buy an A2 Dominion home. We bought a property in East London which when they sold to us said it would come with “24 hour concierge”. Lies. They installed lighting which is is all failing but which is obsolete to replace so you have to replace each unit at £50 a pop at your own expense. They sold the property boasting a cost efficient water heating system and then proceeded to change the provider and charge more money for it. They changed the entrance keys provider and then make you pay for replacements that you previously purchased. Recently they decided to charge leaseholders to have the entry panel assigned to mobiles but social housing tenants don’t have to pay. Oh, and this was because their previous provider was more expensive but now they have opted for a cheaper company – AST who are incompetent – but every leaseholder has to pay £25 each time. They didn’t advise the leaseholders re this because and I quote “it was such a small amount of money we didn’t think it necessary”. Be prepared to spend hours, days, weeks and even months for A2Dominion to address any concerns or issues you may have. You have been warned!

Google Bad Review 1:  Never again would I choose this real estate agent (Matthew Messider) from Glentree Estates. We had a painful experience with signing the contract because the real estate agent went in between the parties and made things more complicated than they should be. He was badmouthing the other party, even so, it wasn't us he badmouthed but rather the other party, it is unacceptable from a professional standpoint. Later after the deal, it was clear that he showed that he couldn't be trusted when he started spreading lies for his benefit. This intolerable as it is not only eroding trust in him and his company but also between the involved parties. Very unprofessional and never again!

Google Bad Review 1:  The service I have received from Bellway and Pinnacle as a whole has been terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

When reserving my property, I was informed that my building would have its own concierge and it’s own gym. This is not the case. The concierge is in an entire different building and serves multiple apartment blocks. The gym is non existent and once built will be in a completely different building also, which will be accessed by the entire building estate. Bellway have employed Pinnacle Management to oversee all estate management duties and have charged us an extortionate amount for service charge, with half of that being upfront prior to moving in- this includes the gym, the concierge, parking (which the property does not come with) and the lifts. Since moving in, there are daily issues with the lift that are often not resolved immediately. To add insult to injury, the Bellway team blame the residents for the lifts not working when it is clear the lift is faulty. There was also promise of a business suite (a wfh space)- this is not even in the buildings plans. The Sales team also showed me a completely different picture for the exterior of the building- when I had my walk through I was very surprised.

After reserving the property, the sales team went silent. They were uncontactable and only got in contact with me to let me know that I was being booked in for an appointment to choose my interior colours and that those would have to be paid up front. This appointment was booked for the week after they called, so not giving me much time to prepare. On top of this, I paid an additional £800 for my interiors, which Bellway yet again made a mistake with so my property didn’t have the spec that I paid for!! This then took weeks to be refunded.

I had my walk through with the property, there were multiple snags in the property and I was assured they would be fixed prior to me moving in. This included multiple dents on the floor, dents on the hardware (oven), and the tiles on the balcony were extremely loose to the point where my family member tripped over. When I got the keys 2 weeks later, none of those snags were fixed, they had changed out my washing machine for a different combo machine with no explanation, and I was told people would be coming to fix them in the coming weeks. Some of those still exist nearly 2 months later.

To top things off now, I have been having issues with my bathroom and HUI unit which have not been resolved, with customer care then contacting me to chase despite their own team not attending appointments at the correct times.

Staffs are also ignorant. If you ask them anything, they never give any information. Sales staff hardly know anything about the actual dates for handover.

It’s going to be a vibrant community, already begun and they have a lovely new park for young children to play in plus a great community centre where you can get involved in activities The gardens are lovely and the new underground station is coming along great. Plus a new riverboat jetty and access to london by uber boat is happening as well There’s a nice river walk nearby where you can see seals and lots different birds and a new grocery shop being built as well within walking distance
