Google Bad Review:  Charlatans is what I describe BMI Shirley, these warning letters I keep getting from yourselves surely is illegal, stating bailiffs will come round to my house or I will be summoned to court for failing to attend a appointment as a result of incurring a incorrect charge of £55 (I simply rearranged my appointment for the week after and paid the fee on the day of around £150 but due to staff admin errors has highlighted me as missing a appointment resulting in a penalty fee). Believe you me I have tried ringing, emailing, speaking to BMI and collection services but not one person is capable of resolving my issue as they say the decision comes from the director of BMI Shirley and the only way of resolving this is by emailing her? I have tried emailing the director a few times but no replies, this has been going on for 3 years now and the letters keep getting more aggressive, what a way to treat one of your customers. I want to know where these customer penalty fees go to, it's obvious to me from reading other reviews that this happens quite often.

This is outrageous, is this what you do? You prey on the weak, ill and elderly? And scare these people to paying nonsense incorrect penalties?
