Google Bad Review:  Rude reception staff. Was told I could stay with my dad and then told I had to leave. One of the receptionists then mumbled it clearly states on the door. I was quite aware of that, but was helping with filling in forms. I explained I could wait outside as soon as I had completed the form and a lovely male receptionist said it was fine this time as I was helping. There were also other people in the waiting room helping a family member or friend, so why was I any different? Was it because you assumed I could not speak English as you tried to rush me out of the door? I respect your procedures and understand why these are put in place, but you DO NOT need to treat people like they are criminals for merely helping a family member out. The lady receptionist needs to learn that she works with the public and NOT behave the way she did. From your previous reviews, I can see this a problem that a few patients have experienced. Hopefully, you sort this issue out!
