Google Bad Review (2):  Some of the receptionist are the worst set of people, very rude and mannerless. Am using the word some, because I have been a bit lucky to speak with 1 or 2 of them that are a sensible with a warm heart.

I rang in this afternoon to see if I could get an appointment for my 5 months old son for the following day which is tomorrow, because he’s been having some rash and it’s spreading everywhere on his body And he’s also vomiting a lot, which calls for concern to me and am sure every mother would be concerned too. The receptionist didn’t even allow me speak, she dropped the phone on me, I called back immediately and she didn’t pick up but rather sent my call to voicemail. Calling bck again, I was told that I am number 2 on the queue, I waited for 45mins and no one picked up, but still sent my call to VM afterwards.
I am so upset and wish I could see that receptionist because i would have given her my peace. No wonder why some of them don’t have kids, because they don’t know how it feels to have one or be a parent and your child is unwell and ofcourse , with some rude attitude, you can’t even bring up a child talk more of gabbing one.
Very racist set of humans.

Google Bad Review 1:  Absolute joke. I had booked an appointment for a blood test on Friday and was told to fast for 6 hours which I did. Typically my veins are quite hard to find but I thought surely, this is Harley street and am paying £200, they must have the best of the best. So after driving 2 hours from Kent into congestion charge the doctor says to me oh I am nervous because you said it is typically hard to find your vein! I mean you are a doctor! How can you be nervous and telling me this. I could tell she was not experienced or good. She could not find the vein after attempting once and then getting scared. She asked the nurse to try and she again tried twice and could not find a vein. They said they have more specialists in their nearby lab who probably would have been able to take my blood but they have gone home! This place avoid for serious health concerns and use our beloved NHS. These jokers are useless.

Google Bad Review (2):  An all round very bad experience with their self-test service. The ”external reception” they use are poorly informed and obstructive. The test was not furnished with a request form that was deemed extremely important to telease my results (even though I included hand written request form). But then it was decided it wasn't important afterall and they released my results to me- except they were someone elses results.
Without a lot of constant chasing I would not have received my covid certificate in time for my flight, which was necessary to fly at the time (Emirates airline).
I do not recommend this company at all.

You will never get a worse service than this so called GP.
Almost impossible to get appointments.
Reception staff are so ignorant and can be rude. Some are very difficult to understand.
Practice is meant to have multiple doctors operating, however it is always super quiet when you go in there (photo attached)
You would expect to see 3 receptionists with 1 or 2 people waiting only with this huge empty waiting area.
The problem here is that there is no other GP practice in the area and these ones do take advantage of this.
To be honest, if you are registered or not, it is the same result. Its USELESS.

Google Bad Review 1:  Myself and my family have been patients with this practice since I was born, and am disappointed to say that it has become one of the worst GP surgeries around.

I actually liked my doctor since the transition from Stag Holyrood Surgery to Jai Medical Centre. Dr Sapna Patel is a very warm, friendly doctor and I trusted her completely with any of mine and my families health concerns over the last few years. However, since the pandemic began she never seems to be there.

Even before Covid existed, it was such a chore to even get an appointment with a doctor (kept having to go through other clinicians first/healthcare assistants/nurses) or basic things like picking up a referral letter or obtaining blood test results.

Myself and my family members have had various phone consultations and have been thrown from pillar to post speaking to random doctors or nurses who I have never even heard of. On one occasion, I was refused a face-to-face appointment and was asked to instead send a picture of it (the infection was right at the back of my throat..how on earth can I take a decent picture of this region?!!) After sending the picture, a doctor there misdiagnosed the bacterial infection I had for a fungal infection and prescribed the wrong antibiotics!! Luckily my own limited knowledge of antibiotics picked up on this and after 2 or 3 long-winded, back-and-forth conversations with reception staff, I was finally actually seen by a doctor given the correct antibiotic.

On other occasions (before Covid), when calling at 8am for an emergency appointment, I have been told that unfortunately there are no doctors in today?!!! How you run a GP surgery with no doctor in is beyond me!

As lovely as Dr Sapna is, unfortunately all her staff in reception and management of the practice in general have seriously let her down and have effectively ruined the reputation of this GP surgery to the point where I no longer trust them with my families healthcare.

It is honestly such a shame as I have such fond memories growing up with this surgery when it was run by the likes of Dr Bano and others.
But I simply have lost faith in this practice after giving them chance after chance over the last few years.
It's being run more like a business rather than healthcare.

We have now registered elsewhere, where so far I have had a far better experience.

Google Bad Review 1:  Extremely DISAPPOINTED with this company. I went to the UK to visit family and posted my sample the day I landed (December 15). Waited 3 days before contacting the company for them to turn it on us, saying “we recommended using courier ”. The service they provide is Royal Mail – Tracked 24hr; if they recommend courier as much as they do, it should be the DEFAULT option. I received my results today (January 2), back in my home country, after having to spend my trip in isolation with my family.
My only positive point is that those we spoke to over the phone were kind. The public responses of “recommending courier” on our review of our experience is unappreciated and makes us look bad. We paid for a service we hoped would have sorted these things out for travellers rather than making “recommendations”.

Google Bad Review 1:  Booked an appointment for a 3-6pm slot since I needed an x-ray referral for a potentially fractured finger before the radiologist shut at 630pm. Received a call at 730pm (so 90min after the window), which was too late so I did not have the appointment. I wrote to gogodoc multiple times and also left them a voicemail asking for a refund, but no response. I have been charged £35 for a service that was not provided to me, and their customer service is non existent.

Google Bad Review (2):  My consultation with the GP was very good the hold process , i have used private GP consultations for many years and was very pleased with the service , The GP email me a prescription and if you check the web site its show Lloyds Pharmacy will process any prescription , yet I want to 4 over 50 miles apart almost two hours and not one is capacity of working to this system , I called the help line and still I am without my prescription , .

Google Bad Review (2):  I had a filling done there today at 11am. At 4pm the whole filling crumbled and fell out. I called the surgery and spoke to a lady on reception, who, after I told her what had happened, said the dentist (Anthony Wong) had left the surgery for the day and then very kindly hung up the phone and immediately switched on the answering machine. I called back immediately several times but it's Friday afternoon and they are not going to answer.
The last filling I had done there a month ago started to deteriorate after about two weeks. It's not cheap.
Don't go there.
