Google Bad Review 1:  I strongly suggest you don't use this company – They have “lost” the donation money our friends and family contributed at my late mothers funeral, which should have gone to Cancer research and claimed it has fallen into a “black hole”.
Furthermore, they have refused to answer any of our enquires and have ignored all of our attempts (phone, letter, email) to try to reach a resolution. I have been shouted at by staff members and we have been informed other funerals took priority over our enquiries….. It has been the most distressing and upsetting experience in the months following our mothers death and I now feel compelled to write this review to ensure no one else has to endure the same heartache we are being subjected to. Having lost both my parents to cancer, it's sickens me beyond belief that our mothers final wishes to have her nearest and dearest make charity donations to help others with the disease, rather than to have flowers has been handled so insensitively.
I urge you to find an alternative Funeral directors, if you are considering engaging James Harper to look after your family members funeral arrangements.
I would have given no stars if there was an option to do so…..
