Google Bad Review 1: Avoid at all costs! Booked an appointment for a Sunday afternoon, said the had space. When I turned up it was really busy and multiple people did my nails and I had to wait in-between. I asked for a simple ombre design and coffin shape but apparently this message wasn't clear because I ended up with something completely different. They also tried to up sell to gels as they said it would last with normal polish because I wanted them shorter. I ended up with nails thicker than Kim K's backside and so square I could a a protector out and measure right angels at each corner. Never again!

Google Bad Review (2): I came on Sunday for a full set and a pedicure. I sat down quickly and the guy started my hands. At the end whilst putting on the moisturiser noticed issues with the acrylic and application of shellac. I pointed this out and said it was a little messy at the sides and ends. He told me it wasn’t messy but tried to fix the top of the nails begrudgingly. He was speaking in his native language to the others and it was very clear he was talking about me. At this point I told the man I had a pedicure booked but needed to pay for the nails…I went to the chair. The man who seemed to own the salon ( didn’t do much whilst everyone was working) came to me at the chair and started saying you need to pay for the pedicure. I said oh I thought I’d paid for that but I needed to pay for nails. He said no and started showing me. I really didn’t care about the price as I don’t have an issue paying whatever the price was but I felt very uncomfortable being challenged about payment when I’d booked and partially paid. I had not tried to escape. I was in a chair. At the end of the pedicure (which was fine) I sat down to have my nails fixed (-as they were a mess, particularly when charging 35 quid) and they clearly started talking about it again. A very uncomfortable visit. Will not be visiting again.
The response is inadequate. At no point did I suggest I was not going to pay. I told the man who did my nails that I had paid for one and need to pay for the other, so please do not write a reply suggesting I didn’t want to pay or that I thought £35 was going to get me two treatments!
If you’d bothered to notice, you’d know I was unhappy as soon as I saw my ridiculous nails. Thick and messy.
The photo is what my hand looks like after doing them yesterday. Not good at all. I suggest you save your money.
