Google Bad Review 1: The carpet is fine. We have installed the carpet in one floor and on the stairs. But unfortunately they have completely damaged the new finish on my stairs renovated recently. The nails crossed the timber and came out on the other side creating cracks and holes in every single step. I have rectified the lady that also did the initial inspection to see if we could find a solution for it and she only said that this can happen it is normal, nothing else. Not too normal for me! I am not an expert in carpets but i work in construction and there are so many ways to avoid this. And she could have raised this during the inspection she did when she came to take measurements for the carpet and check the areas, i would not have placed the order with them to be honest or we could have found a solution to avoid this. I now have to pay an handyman to fix the damages and do something with the nails that are clearly visible on the other side. Also installation and delivery was delayed but not a big issue compare to the rest. Not happy at all!

Google Bad Review (2): One star for this company is too many. Avoid this company at all costs. They fitted a carpet & vinyl for me, the bar they fitted to join the vinyl & carpet together was cut short & left with a sharp edge. This could easily injure a young child or adult. I called them for several days to come and remedy the dangerous bar and they just kept giving me the run around. After several days of chasing they sent the same guy who has a bad attitude & he was there for 1min. He just put some silicone on the metal bar which was left again with the same sharp edge.
