The receptionist first said we have to wait for a cashier. It turned out everyone is sales , there is no cashier. Finally a manager comes and insist only my wife can get the refund since she bought it. I had to call her back . It seems to me that the store only welcomes new customer, but try really hard to prevent you return anything if you are not happy with them. In my case the scarf is only a fraction of the bag we bought. But they still not happy with people refund

Google Bad Review 1:  Horrible service!!! Went in there and two rude girls were at the counter. The one sitting at the counter was very standoffish. The blonde Asian girl with her asked how can they help, I said I’m looking for a bridal dress, they said we had to book an appointment you can’t just turn up, so I said okay that’s fine I didn’t know when can I book an appointment, they said they don’t have any availability, I said okay what about next week, the Asian girl with blonde highlights said ‘no’.. I said when can I next book an appointment then, the Asian girl with blonde highlights replies ‘we’re busy, we don’t have time’. I was quite shocked at this response……..
I can’t believe how rude they were. I’m not sure why we weren’t even allowed to book a bloody appointment! I was really looking forward to going to RDC because I’ve seen there beautiful work online but the staff are rude and don’t know how to talk to their customers. I’m very disappointed in there customer service and with a big name like that I think they should really think about investing in some good staff with good customer skills. Can’t believe they willingly lost out on a sale, 100% don’t recommend save yourself the trouble, there’s plentyyyyyyyyyy of other bridal shops on ilford lane and green street.

Google Bad Review (2):  absolute rubbish service and shocking for a big brand name of rdc London. We walked in and already the staff had attitude, asked about the bridal collection and he asked rudely how much are you willing to spend. Are you for real? show us the goods and I'll pay grands depending on if its good. He still didn't show us the bridal collection. Absolute joke of a brand! There are much better services of other bridal shops, you just pay for the name with an absolute rubbish service Its a shame your service doesn't meet your designer brand name or expectation.

Google Bad Review 1:  Easily some of the most patronising and disrespectful customer service I’ve received in any store.

After bringing in my brand new TAG Carrera5 watch with warranty card for a simple link removable (as advised to do so by a colleague on a previous day of enquiry). I was initially told I could not adjust my strap as I had not purchased the watch from thier store, this was rectified before then being subjected to a very uncomfortable line of questioning having to answer some questions multiple times as if the store assistant did not believe me. Before I was then informed she would have to confirm my warranty card had been activated (I’ve purchased several luxury watches and this has never been the case). In the end I grew frustrated before taking my watch and leaving.

I’d rather deal with the flagship TAG store and not these ADs

Awful customer service (one of their staff (Ahmed) has actually lied to me that it will be ok to bring an item back if it does not fit). When I wanted to return the purchase less than 24h after, as they did not have the correct size, the manager has made me wait for a long time and was rude and dismissive. I have been a Ferragamo customer for many years, but will certainly not return again after this experience.

The lady came over and unlocked the door, just to tell me that she was with 1 customer and can’t let people in to browse. What kind of place is this? Gucci was so much nicer and really helpful people. Terrible attitude and won’t be back.
