Google Bad Review 1:  I have literally just gotten off the phone with one the rudest women I think I have ever dealt with in my life. I just lost my mum in May and I called All Care Cleaning Services to enquire about a deep clean as my mothers house has now been sold and we want to get it cleaned before we move out and the new owners move in. The woman who picked up the phone seemed like she just did not want to be there, she answered with a very cold ‘hello' as if I was disturbing her. She was extremely rude and very short with me and when I proceeded to ask questions regarding the services she responded in a very ill-mannered tone. I thanked her for her time and got off the phone swiftly. In complete disarray to what I had just experienced I had to call her back to just express that I felt she lacked customer service and that she was extremely rude with me. She then proceeded to SHOUT at me and tell me that I was wasting her time, before she hung up on me. I am not sure how anyone would be quoted £650-£750 and not ask questions on what the clean encompasses. I never write google reviews but I have to make sure that people know what to expect when calling All Care Cleaning Services. It is important to extend grace and kindness during times like this, the world is crazy enough and you never know what somebody may be going through . Safe to say I will never be using them

Google Bad Review (2):  We hired them for After Builders Clean up. I have to say that the work done was of extremely poor quality. There was patches of dirt almost in every corner when we checked the flat after the clean. Also the attitude of two of the three cleaners was horrendous from the first minute of the clean. Clearly they did not really care about doing proper work and more interested and receiving the payment. Would never ever recommend them to anyone. Also they are very very expensive. Complete waste of money and time.
