Parking is limited and there are 50 men (no joke) hanging around the building looking for work. They are aggressive and intimidating, keep the windows up and car door locked when you're parking.

A TERRIBLE & UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE

We had an office start date of 1 April, with a one month notice period. Due to lockdown, the start date was rolled forward to 1 July.

We have no use now for the office and gave our notice before the start date.

HOWEVER BE WARNED!!!!!

When we terminated before even commencing

– We are still being charged for restoration, painting and carpet cleaning, of the office even though we are not moving in.

– We are being charged for Business Forwarding Services, even though we are not moving

– We are being charged set up fees for 3 individuals even though no one is being set up

And we are being charged late payment fees!

My advice is DO NOT USE this company or associated companies!!!

– I purchased a 5-day pass that ended-up expiring on the very day I purchased it despite having fully paid. The staff didn’t do much to help. Remains unsolved…
– no coffee machine; just some coffee powder
– actually closing at 5.30PM despite the website indicating 6PM.

Definitely not worth the associated price tag.

Google Bad Review 1:  Having been a member for the last few years, once The Clubhouse was taken over by Regus, I took the opportunity to not renew my membership due to the fact I have been working less in London.

I have since however received numerous chasing emails since May for a new annual subscription (£3k) which was cancelled, as well as various additional monthly costs for ‘co-working' in spite of numerous phone calls and emails reminding them I an no longer a member. None of which seems to be working, and the invoices just continue to roll in, so I am at a loss.

The Clubhouse was always good, but this billing situation is a waste of my time as it now has to be done through Regus's central team which is seemingly in disarray. If someone is willing to make personal contact I am more than happy to remove this critique, as I have no gripe with the sites themselves, but more concerns about the billing systems of their new owner.

Can this please be finally rectified?

Google Bad Review 1:  Worst in accounts management I have had ever experienced. I kept getting very harsh reminder emails to pay rent dues even when I had paid rents. I also heard about deposits not getting refunded in time. They have weird ways of billing many days before the next month's rent. I have given my notice to quit and would ask prospective tenants to think twice before considering to take the place. Very bad experience. I will be the happiest man the day I will be able to leave with my deposit in hand.
