Google Bad Review 1:  To be honest I am not a costumer but I am local and I donate in my community as much as I can, so I ask what kind of items they accept. Then I spend my time sorting out and sanitazing the items I told by the charity worker that were appropriate.
Next day I pop in to donate and another charity worker rudely state that I should take the items to another branch. When I say that I ask the day before and I told that is OK to bring the items here she told me that “but now we have to ship them to the other store”.
In conclusion I asked them what items they need and when I donate those items they were annoyed, rude and insult me.
In my opinion charity workers should be more polite and respectful. There is no reason to be rude with someone who tries to support you and do his part as a citizen.
That is the reason why I won't donate again to Fara.

Google Bad Review (2):  30-07-2022. Unbelievable selection of great clothes.. A “Must” visit.. However, staff are rude, service is non-existent & they should Not assume customers are criminals!!! My wife was viewing some cuff-links with the intention of buying them as a gift. While deliberating, the sales assistant locked their display cabinet, thus preventing my wife continuing her assessment. During 2 days we had spent over £100 & are certainly not shop-lifters. The sales assistant did not speak or explain & my wife was left feeling discriminated against. Watch the CCTV & you will see the reality…
