Google Bad Review 1: Horrendous shop display an absolute mess, which negatively impacts on the whole shopping high road.
Once inside the musty stinking smell is so unbearable, I turned and walked out as I could not bare the odour.
Those working in this shop need to start using steamers to clean the clothes which helps eliminate their smell.
Awful jewellery display!
The shop front display needs smartening up by some creative minds certainly plenty of ideas online. Inside is so unorganized with many items dangerously out of reach in corners.
The shop workers in this shop need to do less chatting, and more work.

Google Bad Review (2): The worker made me feel less than an ant asking ‘what are you doing’ and eyeing my handbag and shopping bag suspiciously as though I was a thief. She said I cannot try on a coat (which I already had tried on anyway) and said ‘I know it’s confusing’. No signs anywhere in the shop to say so. First charity shop I visited in the whole day that told me this. Having shopped here a lot over the years I will try to avoid Saturday afternoons to try not to bump into that vulture woman colleague with short brown hair. Disgraceful attitude towards paying customer. I visited on 24 October at around 3:30pm.
