Google Bad Review 1:  This is a formal complaint, in regards to a request I put in by phone over 2 years ago, to level a grave stone for our father James Anthony Jayasuriya. On several occassions I have contacted the admin office who assured me it is on the waiting list and should be done soon. It has been over 2 years now and my family has not decorated the grave as we have been waiting it for to be leveled. We have paid over £8,000 for the stone and service and I am very shocked with the service we have received. It has caused my family members much upset and frustration. I recently called a few days ago for an update and unbelievable the admin clerk said they had no record of such request but will log as a priority. As you can imagine it feels we have been waiting for over 2 years for nothing. The clerk still could only state that they cannot give me a time scale of when it can be done.

I am really unhappy with the service provided and lack of after care. I reported the leveling as soon as the grave stone was layed in 2013.

I am willing to report this instant to trading standards and other appropriate media bodies as I feel the pubic have the right to know how badly treated families are treated with there deceased and is not a great experience at all.

Google Bad Review (2):  Bad customer service! I don't know how you (Victoria Crabb) is the manager here. You definately are not qualify to work in this business, let alone being a manager. We brought 3 expensive graves from you and yet, not a single return phone call back from you regarding the Deed Certificates, despite we called you countlessly! Until today (almost 2 months later) still not a word from you and we still have not got our Title DEED! You are quick to collect our money over 30,000 Pounds for the graves and your work ethnic are a big shame. This business required compassionate, emphathy, caring toward families and follow ups with families on their enquires to ease their grieves, pains and worryness. But you don't even know how to take care of families! You are one very unprofessional individual I have ever met! You should not be in this business if you can't or don't want to serve families properly. I am in this Funeral and Cemetery Business for over 20 years in the States, so I know exactly what I am talking about and what is required of it. If I were your boss, I would fire you already!
