Google Bad Review 1: Telephoned the office to make an enquiry on several occasions. They don't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone , instead they just keep hanging up. Very poor customer service.

Google Bad Review (2): I had my mothers ashes scattered at the crematorium on Saturday,and I found the whole experience cold and unfeeling.The man who scattered the ashes offered no prayers or words of comfort,just finished scattering the ashes,stepped back and said”any questions come and see me in the chapel.”When we tried to ask why there was no prayers we were told “scattering is all we do,if youre not happy contact the office on Monday.”They could not even confirm that we were in the right place of the garden of rememberance where my fathers ashes had been because the office was shut and the records were stored there.We have tried 42 times to call them but the line is constantly engaged.I think the whole thing was clinical and disrespectful,and certainly not worth the £138 we were charged.
