Google Bad Review:  I had a terrible experience with Pink Ginger, it was not value for money, the menu wasn't appropriate. I had a party of 25 people and the food was not enough, even though I was told that they over cater, I spent over £865 pounds ex VAT plus £50 for plates and cutterly . When I tried to have a chat with them after the party to express my upset, they were only interested in defending themselves, nothing by way of a good will gesture, hence i'm on here to warn people. I have hired professional catering companies most of my working life, so this isn't a moaning house wife wanting something for nothing.
The food they do supply is very tasty but value for money and service, nothing like there website illustrates, i would have been better off ordering directly from Ottolunghi my local , I would have got much more variety and volume.
Sorry, felt I had to let people know as parties are special occasions and if you trust someone to cater and it goes wrong, it can spoil the party and the other expenses as I said, I didn't want to give a bad review, because I thought there would be decent enough to offer a gesture of good will and learn something from my experience, but there response was negative , they clearly don't respect the clients opinion.

I have attached a picture of the food , so you can judge for yourself. There was deserts, lemon tarts and brownies there not in the picture. Chicken, potatoes and salad and feta spinach pies.

that was to feed 25 people over catering 30. no way near enough.

I asked them as a gesture of good will to donate to my chosen charity, they didn't respond.
