Google Bad Review: Made an order on the 14/8/2016 (It was stated in stock and offered free express next day delivery) and as it had not arrived by the 23rd I canceled the order and purchased from another supplier and requested a refund but rather than a refund I received an invoice which excluded the order date which is very relevant with internet sales and a message saying it was out for delivery. I mailed them back and requested again a cancellation and refund but I was ignored and yes the item did also NOT arrive either.
I have now filed a dispute with pay pal and will seek reimbursement by this means.
Not even an apology or explanation so I certainly do not recommend this company as there are so many more professional suppliers that do have a service and also deliver on time.
