Google Bad Review (2):  Be careful with this place. I booked a car from this branch which is located virtually in Central London however is located a few blocks from the Congestion zone to the south. As you are picking up a car at such a central location within London, you would think that they would at least have the courtesy to tell you that they do not cover the congestion charge. Instead, I got slapped with a fine and service fee of £110 and raised with customer service who basically just said “too bad”. Extremely disappointed and completely unfair not to at least give customers. a heads up.
