Google Bad Review 1:  Booked and paid a mpv van from Orpington hire which is own by the same people. They share the mpv. A week before my trip I was told 11 days before my trip the bus engine had gone. But then I was told it was a lie & that the bus had actually been double booked and my booking was given to some one else even thou I was first booked & paid. Great price poor service ruined our plans on such short notice. Was offered a 5 seater car for 8 people. Most defiantly won’t use these companies again.

Google Bad Review (2):  Contacted Graham in search of an automatic van needed for a days hire but was told he could provide an electric vehicle instead and the vehicles were the same. On arrival I was shown the van that I would be hiring for the day. I was told there was 140 miles left for my use which I assumed was more than enough. I was asked several times where I would be going which I found to be weird since I had paid for a 24 HOUR hire. Once I turned the engine on the miles left dropped to 134 then to 128 miles without even moving. Later that morning I let Graham know that the miles were going down significantly, without me even doing even a quarter of what had been shown as ‘used’. I was not aware of how electric vehicles worked in regards to battery usage etc. He explained that because I was going on the motorway it would use up more battery – the A2 is a massive part of my journey which was very clear seen as I was asked several times about where I was going….. Bexley van hire is also located off the A2? Surely this should of been a main thing that should of been explained before taking the van. Due to the van not being fully charged on collection and the inconvenience of it all Graham advised that I need to get the battery charged ASAP. He stated that he was happy to for me to pay to get the battery charged and he would reimburse me. He was very worried about the vehicle breaking down and having to pay for the recovery which is why I’m sure he resulted in giving me false information. We agreed that I would go and get it charged and he would refund me on drop off. I lost out on 2 hours of my day waiting for the van to be charged. Unfortunately Graham failed to keep his word and decided he would not even let me know that he was no longer willing to refund me. This has just ruined my whole experience. As a business owner myself, I know as service providers we have a duty of care to treat customers right! I also think this is a personal thing due to being a women. I’m sure if I came with my father I would not have been fobbed off like this. Disgusting how BexleyVan Hire now choose to ignore my messages! Couldn’t seem to stop calling me when he wanted me to charge the vehicle battery
