The call centre I spoke to regarding the booking routed me to USA. I asked them specifically whether the inclusive package I booked for had any additional charges. He said none at all. He declined to send an e-mail confirming this. When I turned up to pick up the car, I was informed by the lady receptionist that it will cost me an additional £20 a day for full accident and theft insurance because of the car class.
And also a deposit of £250 which will be refunded after delivery. I could not believe what I was hearing. Unfortunately I was desperate to start my journey and had to pay for this.
That cost me an extra £310 for the period I needed the car for.
This is Tuesday 9th of September and I have still not seen the £250 deposit in my account.. possibly make its way back by Friday – a week after.

I would clearly advice – stay away, these are cons in suits and offices and thee are better services out there.
I will be making a complaint to the ombudsman office
