Google Bad Review 1:  New Years Eve 31 Dec 2018 so i decided to book a hotel for the family i had a lovely nights sleep and was very happy i woke up and went to breakfast with my family, Firstly there was a-lot of guests so the restaurant was very packed, so we decided to eat in the lobby there is a mini waiting room which you can eat at so we decided to eat there. I grabbed a tray so i could carry drinks to my family, i was approached by a the manager of restaurant a Chinese lady, she grabbed the tray from me and asked me what am i doing with that, i explained i was going to eat in lobby because the restaurant was full, She snarled and walked off i then proceeded to get my family some food and drinks, we sat down and started to eat when one of my children was like ewww theres a fly and started to fan it away, now i thought this was odd as its winter and there are not many flies in the UK during winter, i then got up because my wife wanted a coffee from the restaurant, so i went to the bar and asked the waitress could i have a take away cup please, on returning to the bar/restaurant i looked up at the ceiling and the only way to describe it would be to call it fly city there was thousands of flies it was absolutely disgusting i felt sick, its winter there should not be any flies let alone a thousand in a buffet restaurant, i immediately went to the reception to complain and was told that the Chinese lady was the manager of the restaurant, i would need to speak to her. Which i didn't i just left and felt rather sick to be honest, nice hotel just don't eat here as hygiene is not a priority.

Be aware of this beautiful place managed by really racist manager Mr. Matt. I am still in this hotel while writing the review. I arrived here at 19:45, No body at reception till 20:05. after being checked in.
I came to the restaurant at 20:55. waited for 15 minutes, during the waiting time….all I heard was you alright? you alright there? give me a minute, give me 2 minutes while they attended people who came after me. one of them from the team not the manager was trying to help but Mr. Matt comes and says we are closed with the kitchen while serving to the others who came after me saying they had booked before… well he wasn't even ready to listen to me that if I was asking for not more than a bottle of water at least…. he said Kitchen is no more open and nobody can help as I am telling you “I am The MANAGER”.
Also when all said and done I went out got some food and was on my way to the room. The Manager and team was at reception chatting.. I stopped by again to just letting him know that he might be super busy and what I wanted to ask but again instead of listening he was already saying that I didn't listen to him.. well as far as I understand we need their support and service not anything instead and they should listen and understand what guest is asking before suggesting… in the end he say you can have my name My Name Is Matt yes Matt…..Minus stars —— ***** for service well place is good for the purpose.

Google Bad Review (2):  Worst Premier Inn we've been to. Some weird system where it's limited to 3-6 tables at a time. Made us wait an hour for a table, to then say another half hour before ordering on the first night and questioned us who seated us, when it was the same person taking booking??? Loads of tables available the whole time…!?!? Ended up going somewhere else to eat.

2nd night it took 40 minutes to serve some fried chips, a bowl of coleslaw and 2 cold pizzas. Drinks menu on the bar, half of menu not available. Only 1 iron/Iron board available to share between 2 rooms, cover on board is burnt. Yellow, discolored towel, no one on reception, no response to buzzer. Itchy bedding. Staff wandering around like headless chickens.

Just a poorly run hotel from start to finish. Won't be coming back

Google Bad Review (2):  Awful experience. I paid over 200 pounds to have my thesis (which I sent to them on Tuesday night) delivered on Friday. First, their server for upload does not provide any information at all about the size of the thesis. Believe it or not, some people spend a lot of time and work on their dissertation, so mine was too big to upload. So I sent a link and an email explaining where they can download it. I received an email on Wednesday night they got it. My subsequent emails asking about the status of the job and namely if they were able to dispatch it via the courier on time which I paid 25 pounds extra for were were completely ignored. Just the kind of stress that you need if you are trying to get your thesis delivered on time. As of now, I have NO IDEA is my thesis was printed, or if it ever will be, and I have no clue what – if ever – it will be delivered to the degrees office.
I absolutely hated this experience, would not recommend it to anybody and I don't understand why this service uses qmulthesis website as a service for the university. It is terrible.
