Be aware of this beautiful place managed by really racist manager Mr. Matt. I am still in this hotel while writing the review. I arrived here at 19:45, No body at reception till 20:05. after being checked in.
I came to the restaurant at 20:55. waited for 15 minutes, during the waiting time….all I heard was you alright? you alright there? give me a minute, give me 2 minutes while they attended people who came after me. one of them from the team not the manager was trying to help but Mr. Matt comes and says we are closed with the kitchen while serving to the others who came after me saying they had booked before… well he wasn't even ready to listen to me that if I was asking for not more than a bottle of water at least…. he said Kitchen is no more open and nobody can help as I am telling you “I am The MANAGER”.
Also when all said and done I went out got some food and was on my way to the room. The Manager and team was at reception chatting.. I stopped by again to just letting him know that he might be super busy and what I wanted to ask but again instead of listening he was already saying that I didn't listen to him.. well as far as I understand we need their support and service not anything instead and they should listen and understand what guest is asking before suggesting… in the end he say you can have my name My Name Is Matt yes Matt…..Minus stars —— ***** for service well place is good for the purpose.

Google Bad Review (2): Worst Premier Inn we've been to. Some weird system where it's limited to 3-6 tables at a time. Made us wait an hour for a table, to then say another half hour before ordering on the first night and questioned us who seated us, when it was the same person taking booking??? Loads of tables available the whole time…!?!? Ended up going somewhere else to eat.
2nd night it took 40 minutes to serve some fried chips, a bowl of coleslaw and 2 cold pizzas. Drinks menu on the bar, half of menu not available. Only 1 iron/Iron board available to share between 2 rooms, cover on board is burnt. Yellow, discolored towel, no one on reception, no response to buzzer. Itchy bedding. Staff wandering around like headless chickens.
Just a poorly run hotel from start to finish. Won't be coming back
