Google Bad Review 1:  Poor service, selection, prices and might not be able to finish your work.

I started thinking whether 4 or 5 stars would have been more appropriate, that is, in the beginning when they were helpful, or so I thought. That number fell to 3 stars when I started feeling a bit odd after they would say something, and then not leave me any time to reply, interrupting me when I started my replies.

As another reviewer noted, the consistent rush, and inconvenience I felt to be, left me with a sour ending to my work. I wanted to leave 2 stars, if they had finished the job. I ended up finishing the work somewhere else which cost additional funds.

They were ready when there was more money to be made. When they made their own mistakes though, customer service was slow, and sometimes none at all.

My recommendation and suggestion; if you have too many jobs and you cannot handle more, option A would be to refuse additional jobs, or option B is to expand, hire someone that could assist you. Their material selection is also not too great given their size. They are expensive, sometimes, beyond rationality.

Google Bad Review (2):  I went in to get a quote and had a number of questions about the options available to me. Despite me being the only person in the shop, the man was extremely impatient with me, interrupting me while I was trying to explain what I was looking for, and when I didn't understand what he was asking, would sneer and roll his eyes. A genuinely upsetting experience, and I decided my money would be better spent elsewhere. Thankfully I found another shop who were more than happy to help me, and not treat me as some inconvenience.
