Google Bad Review 1:  I walked into the Document Centre today to print an A4 size letter on paper I was utterly shocked when I was told how much this would cost which would of been over £5.00 this is unequivocally over priced avoid at all costs if you dont want to be fleeced.

Google Bad Review (2):  Let down by colour of printing for one of the books for my daughter's final degree project. Was told each machine is different and screen colours cannot always be replicated. Have to say possibly true as Nevex in King's Cross delivered the perfect product at less cost on a different machine. Choose wisely. Lowered rating further today due to the inaccuracy of your reply. I was not offered a huge discount it was just over 10 per cent – hardly huge. I was not offered a reprint – I asked about it and was told it would not make any difference as it was down to the machine. I was further told that the machines could never replicate screen colours – our experience at Nevex was the opposite. Final comment having been given the books to look at we stood around for 20 minutes before anyone bothered to talk to us – not outstanding service in my book. Even then it was only when I called someone across that discussion followed and not positively. I felt it necessary to add to the earlier review and lower the rating as your reply was misleading and not a true account of what happened. Disappointing.
