Google Bad Review 1:  I called this place asking if they can cut my hair and dye it a pastel pink colour and how much it would be, they said that they have a lady that does all the colouring and pointed me to her. She said that she definitely can and that it would be £87 but she asked me to come in on that afternoon to see that my hair wasn't too dark and wouldn't be so hard to bleach (my hair is naturally light brown/dark blond). So I came in that afternoon and she said my hair was perfect and that it wouldn't be a problem and that it should take around 4hours – hopefully less.

I came in on the day and she started bleaching my hair. 3 hours in and she washed off the bleach and dryed my hair to see the results and finally dye it pink but my hair was still very dark and only 1-2 tones lighter which was the wanted result. She put in a whole bottle of pink hair dye on my hair and not to my surprise-it didn't do anything. By that time the appointment was done and she didn't have any more hair colour (seems a bit unprofessional for a hair salon) so she ordered more and she blow dryed my hair and told me to come the following day for an adradditional 2h to dye my hair pink. I came in and she got the new dye and applied it on my hair and the pink finally turned out fine but she seemed completely surprised by how it came out and tried to convince me that it's a really pretty colour but it felt very unprofessional.

At the end she asked me to pay £162 which was way over what she told me at the beginning and felt like a ripoff.

In conclusion I came in, had to pay almost double the amount they told me at the beginning, had to be there for more that 6hours for a result which wasn't what I really asked for AND THE COLOUR CAME OFF AFTER ONE WASH!! I am so mad and upset that I even came there in the first place.

Save your money and go to a more professional place where they actually know what they are doing.

Google Bad Review (2):  Worst customer service ever! Made an appointment three days in advance to get there on the day to be told my hairdresser isn’t there. No one attended to me . Not even a quick wash and blow dry. All they kept saying was “there’s nothing we can do you can try another salon up the road” bearing in mind it took me over an hour to get to the salon on the day and I was flying out on holiday so obv this was quite and urgent situation.
I even messaged the owner of the business and she don’t bother to reply to my message to apologise and offer me a complimentary service for the inconvenience caused absolutely NOTHING! It’s been almost a week now and I haven’t received any message or acknowledgement .
