Google Bad Review 1:  Went to the Goodge Street branch and had a scale and polish with the hygienist. Worst experience in my life. The hygienist was rough, didn't listen to my concerns and claimed that the airflow polish machine had broken down after putting it in my nostrils. I have had airflow polish elsewhere and never has such a mess been made or has it gone into my nose. I requested specifically for airflow polish when making the appointment and this was not delivered. I have had a good experience and thorough stain removal at another dental practice, however, I was left very disappointed at the London smiling clinic.
What was worse was the hygienist was very aggressive with the cleaning and continued to scrape and file off my front two teeth despite me telling her specifically not to at the BEGINNING as they were already sensitive. She said she was only taking the plaque off only to find out later that she had done more than that. It's been two days since the cleaning and my teeth are more sensitive and two white cracks have appeared on the front two. I feel I have done more harm than good going to this dental clinic. I am very dissapponted with the overall outcome as the rest of my teeth are not clean either and I have had better results elsewhere. Never will I be returning. Perhaps I should have booked the appointment with the dentist but surely it was fair for me to assume that a high profile place such as this would have competent and caring hygienists.
I urge everyone to not see Jenny, the hygienist.

Google Bad Review (2):  I've been a patient here for a few years and I can't fault the dentist and hygienist staff; they're all great! The actual clinic, however, is a NIGHTMARE to get hold of – they're phones are ALWAYS off, and they don't respond to emails. Today I need an emergency appointment, and even the emergency mobile has an answerphone on, saying they're away until next week; not ideal in an emergency!

I'd go elsewhere if I were you. I certainly will be from now on.
