So a concious decision was made to let my matters go to the wind. So, beware of Outer Temple Chambers

Google Bad Review (2):  I am extremely shocked and disappointed that only 24 hours before a critical hearings taking place Marios Lambiss clerk has sent me an email advising of his unwillingness to attend on behalf of a client whos paid ( via insurers) over the last 3 years huge sums of money
Worst is that the client( BS ) has confirmed in writing , his willingness to personally pay Marios ( who's website confirms direct access) the fee due for the hearing in full himself but has been told the case is complicated despite knowing it inside out and having had it in the diary for a month ( when the insurers were paying ) for BS Which is why he was given the job in the first place and has charged well and truly for the many hours to date
To bail out for no genuine reason is inconceivable
I'm sat here with the client who's beside himself
When your barrister cannot even pick up the phone personally to apologise or concoct an excuse it's shameful
