Google Bad Review (2): I have a disability. I called Ben to let them know I needed accommodations for my disability. Ben spoke over me, refused to make any adjustments (a 20 minute triage call with counsel) and ultimately put the phone down on me when I asked to lodge a complaint about how I was being treated. I have the call recording (due to my disability and the shocking things that happen to me, I have to record my calls) and when your get in touch to sue or threaten me for this review, will supply it to you.
These Chambers gatekeepers need urgent remedial equality act 2010 training, and you have offended me, caused me to distress and created a hostile atmosphere for disabled people. This is very very clear disability discrimination.
