Google Bad Review 1:  DO NOT TO APPLY TO WORK WITH LONDON CARE. I began working for London Care in June and was working from Monday- Sunday from 8am – 8pm. Even though I was working long hours I was under paid and not given my full wages, when I tried calling them to find out what they done with the rest of my wages I was continually told a bunch of lies. When I requested my pay slip the staff who works at London Care refused to give me my pay slip. I was finally given my pay slip on the the 30th of July which I was supposed to get in ending of June.The time sheet contained false information I have gotten numerous complaints about London Care from other carers who have experienced bullying, threats and intimidation from the head office and shortened wages. Service users who are registered with London Care are being given below standard care if any care at all, I was sent to work with a blind elderly man when I visited his home it was in a unsanitary condition the toilet was covered with months worth of feces. There was garbage and old mail in his home. The other carer had written down his home was being cleaned which it was not. A female service users home is so filthy this is a old woman who has had a stroke even though it was reported about the state of the home London Care have done nothing about it. They just keep sending carers there to wash her and leave. You enter the house and the smell and dirt is unbearable I can not comprehend how London Care has left this woman in these conditions. My first day at London Care involved an individual who needed hoisting I was not given that training yet I sent at 9:30 at night to do it all by myself. When I called the office to tell them they told me I had to do it alone because none of the carers would not answer their phones to assist me with the service user. If they called a ambulance London Care said it will take too long. The phone was hung up on me from the office I was left alone worrying what to do. I could not leave the client sitting in a chair all night so I had to get in touch with another carer who worked with another company to assist me and guide me how to help this client and put her into her bed. For me to wash her, change her pad and put her night gown on and give her a cup tea. This was all the way until 11pm at night. Until know London Care asked me how did a manage to help this client. The blind client when I reported it to the office I was never sent to work with the client again. London care gave me false information they said the pay roll number and employee number is the same and it is not. Since they paid me they have been trying everything and telling continuous lies so I do not know about the amount of hours I have worked and how much money I really should of been paid.
