Google Bad Review 1: I was visiting a friend there , was shocked to hear some things. The staff come with the menu only if the resident has visitors; shower once a week , some cares are not caring at all, the “semi mobile “ resident was not taken outside of his ROOM in 2 weeks ( not in the garden, not in the longe ); the cares we’re walking down the corridor with soiled bedsheets and gloves on- which is a major infection control issue ; and a few more things that don’t come to mind.
Very very disappointed in this place !
Happy to know my friend will leave the place soon!
