Google Bad Review 1: I booked an appointment for this hair salon, only for it to be cancelled 20 minutes before it was due to start. I had already made my way there. So a wasted journey and I also now have to look for a last minute booking for my hair, which needs to be done by this afternoon for a photoshoot. Very unprofessional.

Google Bad Review (2): Booked a ponytail. But because I added the smallest amount of grease on my natural hair , she refused to do the service and stated she has allergies ? She offered me a hair wash , but I did not see the point as I washed my hair the night before. I asked if she could do the ponytail without straightening the hair(as I partially straightened it anyway) and she said it wouldn’t look as nice , so also refused.
When I called up to book , nobody stated that my hair would have to be super dry and product free before this. Waste of time. Let your customers know before their appointment depending on the hairstyle, what YOUR requirements are. I have ponytails all the time and have never been turned away for adding tiny bit of grease. It should be about what the customer wants nothing else. My hair was clean , and manageable and could have been done.
