Google Bad Review 1: We actually had a good experience with David Andrew until now… during the tenancy, Chelsea has been responsive and professional. But now it's a totally different story. We've been asked to leave our flat a week in advance for the next tenants to move in earlier, the head of property management said he would obviously give us the 1 week rent back but it has now been 4 weeks and they still won't give it back!! Even bigger issue : David Andrew is EXTREMELY SLOW giving us our deposit back!! We are still waiting and waiting, chasing every day but David Andrew keeps ignoring our requests and can't be bothered getting this resolved despite of the high amount it represents! Honestly, so disappointing.
