Google Bad Review 1: Hello,
I'd like to make a formal complaint about the service I received today and will be posting this online as well to ensure noone else has to go through this.
I had a visit today from a member of you team and he basically spent 10 mins, 15 mins max, throwing down a few traps and left. I think it's ridiculous for the amount of money you charge that that was all he did. I paid over the phone today over £300! Do you really think that cost justifies 10mins work?! He even handed me the steel wool before he left… Isn't that your job?! Isn't that why I paid all this money?! I could have done that myself.
There are gaps and holes everywhere in this flat. When I asked “don't you guys fill in holes” his reply was yes, small holes but nothing larger such as gaps along skirting boards or behind radiators. He didn't even check the radiator in the living room to see if these had been blocked properly. Doctors don't earn that kind of money for 10/15mins work!
We couldn't sleep last night because of the mice in our bedroom. It's really taken it's toll with us and were expecting much much more than the service we received today. I'm waiting for the manager to give me a call to discuss this money being put back into my account with immediate effect. I expect a full refund of the money or I will be forced to take further action.

Google Bad Review (2): I booked JG Pest control to help deter foxes in my garden and the booking process was easy and very friendly, so I recommended them to my mother, who also booked them to help with her fox problem. The 3 expensive treatments (more than £200) turned out to be the operative simply spraying “Scoot” around the garden, a product readily available in the shops at a fraction of the price. After the 3rd treatment, the foxes had not gone away, so I wrote to Customer Service (it's impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone). Finally, I got a useless reply from Liam saying “The treatment is designed to encourage the foxes to leave the area as it mimics an alpha males scent. In most instances, this is successful, however as it is an external treatment, and dealing with nature, there is no guarantee.” If this is the case, what is the point of paying them £200, when I could have sprayed Scoot myself… There had been no rain to wash away the scoot product, so I can only assume it is as useless as their customer service is. By the way, my mother (who had to chase the company up twice as they didn't show up) hasn't had any more success – the foxes clearly enjoy smelling Scoot! Utterly impossible to recommend this company, in terms of their efficacy and value for money, but mainly for their appalling lack of Customer Service.
