Google Bad Review: We contacted Environ to investigate a scratching noise we heard in our wall. We paid for them to undertake a survey and treatment plan, The survey was unable to identify what the noise was, what was making the sound or most importantly how, whatever it was, was getting in there. So in other words it was a complete waste of time and money.
Even though the survey could not identify any entry points, it was recommended that we proof our house… From conversations on the phone we were under the impression that the treatment included proofing the house but environ wanted to charge us extra for this. This seems to be a mistake that a lot of customers make…. mainly because this is a dodgy sales technique to scam people out of more money. Environ have now visited my house 3 times and are still unable to tell us what the problem is. All they have done is put down poison, which we could have easily done ourselves.
Please do not hire this company, it is a scam.
