Google Bad Review 1:  Great place and very professional! Had my Q7 checked out with a quick repair. They noticed low oil and topped it up for a tenner. However, charged £90 overall to cover work done.

Was in fact just the handbrake cable that'd come loose and was rattling, so needed some clips to keep it place.

Appreciate there's a diagnostic required and a labour charge but found the pricing quite excessive. Mechanic also pointed out some of my interior lights weren't working, but I know they were perfectly fine yesterday?!

3 months down the line, same noise, so called to get it tightened/reclipped, and was told it'll need to be rediognised etc to reconfirm the issue. Standard diagnostic and labour charges…

So I took the car to another garage – harrow car centre. The mechanic took it for a drive, put it on a ramp, fixed some new clips and gave me a rundown of what he had done, plus potential future issues – and charged me absolutely nothing. Zilch! When I pushed to offer at least something he just looked at me and said ‘nah, i didn't really do much'.

It's a shame. Great customer service would've been, ‘bring it in, if it's the same issue we'll fix it straight away, no charge' – that would've firmly secured my custom for years to come.
