Google Bad Review 1: AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Had an issue with my wheel. They “inspected” the problem and gave me a quote for the repair. I decided that due to the cost it was in my interest to refer the problem to my insurance company but this garage was not recognised by them to conduct the work.
I arranged for the vehicle to be collected from the garage, to be taken to another site and to my disgust i was told i needed to pay an £80 plus VAT (£96) for the inspection / stripping / release cost. I was never informed about this charge prior. When I delivered the car the employee was on the phone and just asked for my keys, stating he would call with a cost estimate. Not at any point was this charge for investigating mentioned. I called other garages in the area and this is NOT common practice to charge simply for an “inspection”. They then started getting funny and changed their story several times. They were effectively holding my car ransom from release until I paid the charge.
Do not accept that you have to pay if they have not pointed it out to you prior to working on the car – it is a shame that had I not stood up for myself (knowing my rights considering it hadn't been mentioned) I would have fallen into the trap of being out of pocket.
Do not use this garage! Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. The customer service was completely unprofessional, the staff rude and untrustworthy. They will attempt to bully you into paying. This seems to be a common issue, judging from other reviews.

Google Bad Review (2): A complete rip off.£204.00 to fit a front passenger door on my Transit.The garage owner was called down to try to justify the cost .First he said that there was two hours labour,then changed to one hour and twenty minutes,then he tried to make me believe that it took three men to do it.He finally understood that he was not talking to someone he could bully and accepted £100.00 for the job.NEVER AGAIN.
